How Social Options collects, uses and protects personal information.

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Social Options LLC (“Social Options”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information through socialoptions.agency. Questions: [email protected].

Who we are

Social Options LLC, registered office 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

Information we collect

  • Enquiry form: your name, work email, company website, the services you’re interested in, your approximate ad budget, your message and your consent confirmation.
  • WhatsApp and email: if you contact us directly, the details and messages you choose to share.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider and Cloudflare process IP addresses and request data to deliver and secure the website. Failed login attempts are logged for security.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a strategy call (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
  • To provide services if you become a client (contract).
  • To keep the website secure (legitimate interests).
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Analytics and advertising

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that measures page views without cookies and without building advertising profiles. We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or display ads. If we add analytics (such as Google Analytics) or advertising tags in future, we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy, and request consent where the law requires it.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — website hosting, Cloudflare, our email provider and form/email-delivery tools — under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

International transfers

We work with clients internationally, and our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the contract and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, object to processing, withdraw consent and data portability. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
